In 2015, my life was falling apart. I was too afraid to make changes, I felt stuck. My fear of the unknown, lack of confidence, and fear of failing my 14-year-old son kept me trapped. However, a life-changing anxiety attack forced me to confront my reality. Seeking health and wholeness for myself and my son I found the courage to change. I enrolled in a 16.5-month Holistic Wellness program, and as my first client, I transformed. Now I help women rediscover their purpose, passion, and confidence. We regularly find ourselves lost in thought, adrift in music, and immersed in work. The difference is that during hypnotherapy, a therapist guides the client to a new mental state.
